Roofing Crew - Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Green Bay, Wi, some travel
Pay: Based on experience $15-$35/hr
We’re seeking experienced shinglers to join our in-house roofing crew in Green Bay, Wisconsin. If you take pride in quality installs and working hard, this position is for you. If you don't have roofing experience, we'll train the right candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs, installation, and other jobs as assigned.

Deliver excellent quality and customer service

Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and EPDM with precision and efficiency.

Ensure all work meets company and industry standards

Follow safety procedures and work as part of a crew

Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with setup, cleanup, and occasional minor repairs as needed
REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Driver's License

Previous experience shingling (1+ years preferred)

Ability to work 8-12 hour days, weekdays and weekends

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
